Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
   potbasehub, legally owned and operated by Central Garden NY GmbH, ships orders directly to customers throughout Europe and the United States. Delivery availability may vary slightly depending on the destination and applicable premium carrier service coverage.
2. Order Processing
   Through our dedicated in-house fulfillment operations, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing begins immediately after your order and payment have been confirmed. If additional verification information is required to complete an order securely, processing will begin once the requested information has been received and verified.
3. Shipping Methods
   To maintain a secure and reliable delivery experience, orders are transported using recognized global carriers, including premium services provided by:

DHL;

FedEx;

UPS Priority;

or comparable reliable carrier services where appropriate.

The selected carrier is optimized according to the delivery destination and real-time operational availability.

4. Estimated Delivery Time & Customs Compliance
   Following dispatch from our facility, the estimated delivery time is generally 4–8 business days.

To provide absolute pricing transparency and completely eliminate the risk of delivery disputes, all international shipments to Europe and the United States are handled on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable local import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance procedures are fully prepaid by us at checkout. Customers will not incur any unexpected fees upon delivery. Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, severe weather conditions, or other carrier operational circumstances beyond our normal control.

5. Shipment Tracking
   Once an order has been dispatched, automatic tracking email notifications will be securely sent to the email address provided during checkout. Notifications will include significant shipment milestones as tracking information becomes available, including:

order dispatch from our warehouse;

arrival at international or local logistics facilities;

local out-for-delivery updates.

These updates allow customers to actively monitor the secure progress of their shipment throughout the entire delivery process.

6. Delayed Shipments
   If a shipment exceeds the normal estimated delivery period, potbasehub will immediately contact the carrier to investigate the shipment status. Following the outcome of the investigation, an appropriate and prompt resolution will be provided according to the circumstances, including either:

a priority replacement shipment; or

a full refund where justified by the investigation.

7. Delivery Information Accuracy
   Customers are responsible for providing complete, valid, and accurate delivery information when placing an order to ensure secure payment verification and successful delivery. If delivery information requires correction after an order has been placed, please contact us promptly. Amendments are not possible once the order has entered our automated dispatch process.
